These are wonderful. I made a few modifications. I used avocado oil instead of olive oil and added a tsp of vanilla. I also made muffins at 350 for 25 min. So yummy and delicious. We’ve been using these as a snack to get protein in before my daughter’s gymnastics practice too! Best banana bread recipe ever!

Sorry to hear this one didn’t work out for you! I’ve noticed that other almond flour banana bread recipes call for MORE almond flour, but if yours is looking like cookie dough, it sounds like maybe the bananas weren’t large enough? With 3 eggs, mashed banana, and liquid sweetener, this recipe turns out pretty moist for me. I hope you enjoyed the flavor, at least!
