I use parchment paper, for this recipe or any other air fryer fish. It makes cleanup so much easier. I ordered a bunch of precut ventilated parchment sheets and they do the trick.

I have been skeptical about cooking seafoo/meat in the air fryer, mainly because I don’t eat meat/seafood, my husband does. So I will never truly know how it tastes and if it’s cooked to perfection. But HUBBY LOVED IT! He’s a salmon fanatic, it was perfect! 💕

Megan does it again! We just made this tonight and it was THE BEST salmon we have ever made at home. We can never figure out how to make salmon so it comes out perfect…so we figured we would try it in the air fryer this time, and it worked! We loved it. I think depending on the air fryer you have, depends on how much time to put it in for…we had to add an extra 3 minutes to ours, but it turned out perfect! Thanks Megan!
