I made this with the chicken and ate for lunch yesterday. It tasted wonderful and was very filling – I wasn’t even hungry at dinner! Since I’m trying to loose weight I think I would divide it in to 6 servings next time and think it would still provide a hearty filling lunch or dinner.

I made this for a week of high protein lunches, and it is so delicious and nourishing. Love the simple ingredients and great flavor. Highly recommend!
