This is my new go-to make ahead breakfast. I had a bag of steel cut oats and didn’t know what to do with them! I add raisins while cooking and they give the finished oats just enough sweetness.

This is a fabulous recipe! I had an open can of coconut milk so I did half homemade almond milk and half coconut milk. Creamy and delicious!

This looks like a great way to make steel cut overnight oats. They’re a bit healthier than plain overnight oats – I just never figured out a way to make them.
I think your recipes are great. Love your instant pot cookbook. Make your lentil soup recipe all the time. Thanks Megan!!!

What a great idea. I can’t wait to try this! I love steel cut oats but not the time it takes to make them. Your method seems like it would work well and provide me with at least two more portions to eat during the week which would be just enough for me. So thank you for the inspiration. I’ll let you know how it turns out. Thank you.
PS: wallpaper. As a total novice I papered a hallway that followed the steps from first to second floor and also papered the bathroom. Wiki How was a help. It is better to have a partner, at least I wished for one, because things can get clumsy trying to measure and hold up strips. Anyway, be brave and try it. You can get good discounts buying the paper yourself. It is a bit tedious but it’s easy to follow the directions. Believe me, I’m an impatient clutz, and if I can turn out two beautiful jobs, I’m sure you can too. Go for it!
